Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp toasted almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with the berries and nuts.
  3. Finish with cinnamon and, if you like, a thread of honey.
